1, ip address
Before the construction, all the equipments in the network monitoring system (IPC/NVR/computer server, etc.) including the original IP address of the network (computer, network printer, etc.) should be uniformly modified and registered. It is recommended not to automatically obtain the IP address to prevent the network. The original device has an IP address conflict. IPC uses the client software provided by the merchant or a direct browser to access its IP address for IP modification.
2, transmission distance
The maximum transmission distance should be considered in advance: the maximum transmission distance of the super five network cable is 100 meters, the maximum transmission distance of the multimode fiber under the gigabit network is 1100 meters, and the maximum transmission distance of the single mode fiber under the 10G network is 60 kilometers. .
3, ipc outdoor installation
When the IPC is installed outdoors, it should be aligned with the target in the direction of the light source to avoid direct sunlight.
4, waterproof or oxidized
The network camera should be equipped with a waterproof tail cable. When the power supply and network port are connected, try to add a waterproof box. Otherwise, the network port will be oxidized and the device will not be searched for a long time.
5, pay attention to the rat
Monitor cables regularly, pay attention to anti-mouse, especially centralized power supply. It is very common for mice to bite cables, which causes malfunctions in monitoring, so it is important to pay attention to mouse prevention.
6, network cable
The crystal head of the network cable must be chosen a little better, oxygen-free copper, must not use miscellaneous or fake.
7, the choice of switches
More than 8 cameras should choose Gigabit switches on the market, and 8 or less can choose 100M switch (full line rate exchange). On the scale of the project, the switch should be Huawei, h3c, Ruijie and so on.
8, NVR
Like a switch, an NVR cannot be fully loaded, especially a core switch, considering its scalability.
The maximum resource of the NVR = (main stream + sub-stream) × number of channels, can not exceed the total resources of the NVR. Generally, the total resources of the NVR are generally: 4 channels 20M, 8 channels 40M, 9 channels 60M, 16 channels 60M, 20 channels 80M, 36 channels 128M main code stream for local storage, sub-code stream for network transmission, remote access. Subcode stream parameters can be ignored if the system is not accessed remotely.
9, the choice of power supply:
The power setting of the camera is based on whether the camera is on the side of the control unit or a relatively long distance. If it is relatively close, install a high-power DC stabilized power supply directly next to the host, and connect multiple cameras to this power supply. It is more than the sum of the power of the camera.
If the distance is far away, 220V AC power should be distributed to the camera side and then converted to power supply by the regulated power supply. The distance between the 220V AC power line and the video line should be greater than 30 cm to avoid magnetic field interference and affect the image transmission quality.
The power line selection must be calculated to obtain a reasonable selection. The working current of the commonly used 12V power supply camera:
Ordinary gun or hemisphere: The working current is about 200~300mA. You can choose 500MA-1A power supply.
Integrated camera: working current is about 350~400mA, you can choose 1A power supply
Small medium-sized infrared camera: 1A power supply with operating current of 600-700mA
Large infrared camera: working current 1000MA-1200mA can choose 2A power supply
Power supply In a monitoring system: the camera can be powered separately or in multiple centralized powers. If multiple cameras are powered centrally, the required current is the sum of multiple camera currents.
For example: Suppose a monitoring system requires 10 dome cameras to share a common power supply. Because the current of one hemisphere is 300-400MA, the current of 10 cameras is 3000MA-4000MA, so you should choose 5A or 6A power supply.
10, the choice of power line diameter
Assume that the four cameras have a monitoring distance of less than 40 meters. Each camera can be individually wired with RVV2×0.5 power supply to the monitoring host and powered by a small switching power supply. If four hemispheres or a gun, you can also select two 12V1A power supplies or one. 12V2A power supply, 4 cameras adopt parallel connection to take power, which saves wire;
If the number of cameras is large, 8 cameras should be powered by a high-power 12V DC regulated power supply. At this time, due to excessive current, the voltage drop on the power line must be considered. In general, the system of 8 cameras The farthest distance is less than 40 meters, and the wire of RVV2*0.75 can be concentrated. If the system of 16 channels is concentrated, the power cable of RVV2*1.0 should be selected. The above description is the choice of the power cable from the camera to the monitoring host no more than 40 meters.
If the distance from the camera to the host is more than 40 meters, it is necessary to consider using 220V centralized power supply, and transforming the camera to 12V to supply power to the camera. Under normal circumstances, 220V power supply, as long as the system is not too large, 8 channels or less, within 200 meters, you can choose RVV2 * 0.75 wire, if more than 8 channels, are high-power infrared cameras, you should consider using RVV2 *1.0 power cord is powered, and if the distance is farther, to ensure safety, use RVV2*1.5 wire as much as possible.
11, camera and video recorder mix and match
The onvif protocol needs to be set when Dahua's recorder adds a Haikang camera. If the onvif protocol is set, if the problem is not resolved, the possible causes are:
1. The camera ip address is not on the same network segment as the recorder.
2, the port is not set correctly,
3. The password is not set correctly.
4, the camera does not open the onvif protocol.
5, if it is Haikang's camera, you need to add a user, and then confirm the enable onvif protocol.
