RDXZ-A02-B01-C01 Shaft Vibration Monitor

The monitor is matched with the eddy current sensor and is used to continuously monitor the radial vibration of the large shaft or rotor during the start-stop and operation of the rotating machine and output the analog current, alarm, and shutdown signals. The shaft vibration monitor is a smart meter. Easy to connect with DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder.
The main function
Radial vibration monitoring and protection of rotating machinery such as turbines, turbines, compressors, blowers, etc.
1. Display function
Vibration measurement value, I value alarm, II value alarm setting value, can be displayed on the LED digital tube.
2. Alarm function
With alarm protection function, when the vibration amplitude exceeds the alarm or stop set value, the alarm or stop indicator is on, and the switch signal is output at the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.
3. Alarm delay time setting function
Alarm delay time adjustment range is 0~3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
4. Self-diagnosis function
Any input system failure, such as probe wear, poor wire contact or breakage can be detected, and power off alarm and shutdown.
With power-on, power-off detection function, and shutdown alarm and shutdown output circuit at the same time, it can effectively inhibit the monitor from false alarm.
5. Output interface
With current output interface, it can be connected with computers and other devices.

Measuring range: 0 ~ 200μm, or user-defined, accuracy: ± 1.0% of full scale.

Current output 4 ~ 20mA analog signal, load resistance ≤ 500Ω, accuracy: ± 1.0%.

Failure indication: When the input signal is abnormal, LED failure indication and block alarm output.
By pressing the key to display or set parameters on the display, the parameters that can be set or displayed include: alarm value, stop value, alarm delay time, current linearity correction.
Automatically save historical peak value and historical alarm status after alarm, set data and history parameters can be saved for a long time after power failure.
With power-on and power-down suppression (protect historical data, suppress false alarms), self-locking alarm output function within 30 to 45 seconds after power on.
